The importance of training of trainers cannot be overemphasized! Its essence is rooted to the significance of training within an organisation. Staff training can increase their productivity and job satisfaction, thus enhancing their competitiveness which in turn makes the company more productive. SEAMEO-VOCTECH under the Ministry of Education observed ATDC Trainers on three aspects: Lesson Planning, Delivery of Theoretical Lesson /Practical Session and Assessments. The successful event was held last 30 June 2020 at ATDC SDN BHD, Brunei Darussalam.
