Regular exercise is good for studies. When you exercise, your brain starts to release all the right hormones. You get a boost of serotonin, endorphins, and dopamine. These hormones help boost your mood, feel more relaxed, and happier. They also help to block feelings of pain, anxiety and depression.

Exercising as little as 10 minutes a day can help you feel stronger. Spending 10 minutes a day will not disturb your studies. After exercising, you feel good about yourself and get motivated to study.
