Brunei Shell’s Company Site Representatives successfully completed the Manual/Chemical Handling at ATDC SDN BHD for five consecutive days. Known to all, the CSRs shall at all times have access to the WORKSITE and all other places in and outside Brunei where activities related to the contract are or will
be undertaken. The said training will provide the participants the ability to work and deliver the responsibilities of a CSR with proven and practical interpersonal skills in managing the workforce.
The module consists of Lift Planning which involves basic calculations, introduction to CAP, Rigging, Slinging, Banksman and Chemical Handling Awareness. On the last day of the Training, all participant had shown their knowledge of Lifting and Hoisting during their Practical Assessment using a 20T crane.
